Note: Marriage found in Lenvik, Troms, Kirkebok 1784-1854, page 45. Book published by Norwegian Historical Data Center, University of Tromsų, ISBN 82-7663-302-1. The record book says that both Christen and Karen were widowed befor this marriage. Karen was married in 1819, 1823 This would be the second time Karen widowed so she must have been married once prior 1819 . Christian was married in 1790, 1823. The marriage records say Karen is 48 and Christian is 63 at time of this marriage.
