Peder inherited 1/2 of his fathers estate. Peder owned the farm in the 1769 census- Peder had a ship called "Jekts". He had a large household with 4 servents and 4 maid servents. The ship Jekts sailed to Bergen in the western part of Norway. The ship carried fish from Troms, then on the way back it carried other goods to sell from Bergin. Peder and Anne had 3 children. Andreas who died young, Hedvig married Jacob Winter from Nordstrom in Sorreisa, and Ellen who married Ole Nielsen Stadt. Ole was a shipmaster and he was the next family to run the farm Vang. The next user of the farm wqs the son of Ole and Ellen, Ole Olesen Stadt.
